Below are some highlights from my time with the Sciutto Team at Fairway Mortgage

I managed nationwide marketing strategy and lead generation for a high-performing sales team of 17+ loan officers, while also supporting Brian Sciutto’s personal production and coaching brand.
My role spanned across marketing, sales management, loan advising, video production, web design, and systems operations—driving scalable growth through hands-on leadership and cross-functional execution.
Business Development
and team management
I was Marketing Director for all of Fairway’s Constellation Region, but additionally I lead marketing for Brian’s personal loan and biz dev operation (called the Sciutto Team). This consisted of a group of 15 of the top performers at the branch, mainly a mix of Jr. loan officers, and loan processors, along with Mike Cook and Brian Sciutto as the sales leaders.
My main duties for the Sciutto team were to generate and distribute leads for the biz dev team, manage and coach the Jr LOs, and ultimately close more loans thru business generated.
Additionally, I wore just about every hat doing everything from sales management and HR, to video production, web design and CRM development.


Coaching Business
Brian's "black ops" and CORE coaching
A tangential, yet completely separate operation from mortgages, was Brain Sciutto’s coaching business. Brian was both a coach and a mentee for CORE Training (a real estate focused training company) as well as founder of his own coaching group called “Black Ops” - where Brian would host monthly in person and broadcast coaching sessions to attract potential referral partners, as well as maintain and nurture existing business relationships.
Both operations were deeply rooted in video and broadcast marketing, graphic and print design, and the coordination of monthly events and broadcasts—welcoming 30+ in-person guests and reaching hundreds more through recorded trainings and virtual viewership.
Though it’s changed over the years as Brian team has moved mortgage companies, I created the original site, concept and testimonial videos, sign up page, logo, and more. You can check it out here.
Video Production

This role involved a high volume of digital marketing work, with a particularly heavy focus on video production. From coordinating professional multi-camera shoots with Fairway Corporate to editing hundreds of green-screened “Happy Birthday” videos—each with a personalized 2+ minute message for every referral partner Brian had worked with—the video demands were both unique and intensive.
Through this, I refined not only my skills in video production and editing, but also developed expertise in scaling video workflows and managing downstream content distribution.
