Below are some highlights from my tenure at Hanabusa IVF.

in new patient inquiries
Patient Onboarding was still very much recovering (like most of healthcare) from the Pandemic. It relied on outsourced older forms of digital marketing that weren't delivering.

From rebuilding the website, CRM, socials, and advertisement accounts from the ground up, I was able to completely redesign the patient onboarding experience. This resulted in explosive growth for my first year at Hanabusa IVF.

When I first arrived at Hanabusa, our website, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads were managed by an outside vendor. Additionally there was no real CRM, just a "lead dashboard" provided by this company.
This gave us almost no control over our web design, ad design, ad spend, new patient CPA... basically we were at the whims of an under-performing agency, and didn't actually "own" our Ad accounts, or even our website.
I rebuilt our website so we actually own it and have full back end access. I rebuilt our digital ad accounts from scratch, and I implemented a CRM (Keap) for new patient onboarding and communication automation.


YouTube
and patient centered content
I created and manage the official Hanabusa IVF YouTube channel, overseeing all aspects of video production—from concept development to filming, editing, and publishing.

The videos are educational and promotional content tailored to fertility patients, resulting in increased brand visibility and patient engagement. I constantly leverage video analytics to inform content strategy and optimize future performance, all while making videos patients actually want to watch.

AI Integration
and automation
I successfully rolled out AI-driven medical scribing systems (Deep Scribe) , streamlining clinical documentation and reducing physician and nursing workload. Scribing was often described as a "least favorite task" so I was happy to automate.

Additionally, I developed and automated workflows using AI for data management and CRM processes, streamlining patient communication.

I'm skilled in identifying AI opportunities, vetting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, HubSpot AI, Keap), and integrating them into existing systems to drive measurable results.
